Most Super 8 film to video transfers are going directly to DVD now
with some transfers to MiniDV. Back in the 90s and early 2000s I had 3
features we made back in the 70s transferred to S-VHS. I did this
because I still used non-linear editing to add sound and video to the
finished tape. This can't be done efficiently if at all with DVD. So
are there any Mini-DV decks out there (probably used) that have
editing features I need such as flying erase head, Audio dub & video
insert.

Thanks

All linear DV editing decks do A/V inserts which, by the nature of the
beast, are 'flying erase head'. There is no linear tracks on digital
tape.
