I download rare movies from the internet.

Often I have to convert these to DVD or the DivX format.

But when I do so, the included subtitles and/or audio
options are not available in the converted product.

Is there some software that will convert to DVD &/or DivX
AND keep the desired subtitles & audio selections.

"Nero8" and "DivX Author 1.5" do not have what I require.
